'Here there be Monsters'

Part of my SCRIMSHAW collection, this pendant depicts a crab claw, hand engraved in the style of old lithographs. 
I love how the texture is made through hatching and marks, and the Oxidised finish really accentuates the engraving, allowing it to stand out. 
This, as with the rest of my collection, is inspired by the Seas and the art that sailor's would make to occupy their time on long voyages. 
This pendant is a One of One, completely handmade by me in my Eastbourne workshop. It is available with an 18 or 20 inch belcher chain and would be a perfect gift for Ocean Lovers, Surfers, Cancers etc!!
